Dear Sir,
Please find attached a copy of my letter dated October 1st, 2009 requesting disclosure of information under the Data Protection Act.
To date, I have received no response. The letter was sent recorded delivery and was signed for, so you did receive it. I am sure you are aware that legally, you are required to provide me with the requested detail in 40 calendar days. We are now well over that time.
I respectfully request that you provide me the detail as requested within the next 24 hours. If you do not, I will immediately refer the case to the ICO, with whom I have already spoken.
