Further to our conversations and email exchanges back on October 28th, I thought I would let you know how Vodafone are getting on - I am sure you wake every morning wanting to know how we are progressing.
I am afraid the answer is - no change.
Despite your promises that I would be provided with a deadlock letter, nothing has been forthcoming.
It seems, that not only can you not be bothered to read my letters, you also can't be bothered to write to tell me you can't be bothered.
Shocking.
..well it would be if it was a surprise. But it's not, as its now common knowledge that Vodafone is a world leader when it comes to incompetence and lies.
However, I am now in the lucky position of having more than 8 weeks passing since I first wrote to you. That means I can continue my conversations with Otelo without your input, which, frankly, is something I am thankful for.
I have spoken with them today and they are happy to take this complaint forward, and this will be the route I am taking next.
So please carry on as usual, and ignore me.
